When a home is listed for sale by a builder in Metro Atlanta, a commission of 3% of the sales price is typically offered to a buyer's agent. When you sign up with me to buy your new home, we'll pay up to 2%* of the sales price deducted from my commission because you will be working with the builder directly.

- Know how much they can spend - Get pre-qualified or have proof of funds for cash purchases before you begin your home shopping and be sure to disclose to your lender that you will be receiving a rebate. You're free to use any lender you like, but often times, the builder's preferred lender can provide additional incentives.
- Know what they want to buy and where they want to live - after you find the new home communities you're most interested in, visit them and provide our contact information to the builder in order to protect the rebate. This is also a good time to check school information, crime reports and commuting times.
- Can work directly with the builders salesperson - we offer this program to savvy new construction home buyers who are comfortable negotiating and reviewing their contract on their own and who are prepared to work with the builders salesperson directly throughout the transaction.
